Job summary

The successful candidate will manage invoicing, handle bank transactions, and oversee treasury operations. You will be responsible for accurate financial records, timely reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, possess SOCPA membership, and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting requirements.

Overview

TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company specializing in digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients. TAM is the partner of choice for 50+ government entities to lead public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella. The Accountant, Accounts Receivables & Treasury, is responsible for managing client invoicing, bank transactions, treasury operations, and tax reporting. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with internal and external requirements. This position works closely with project managers, the finance team, banks, and external auditors to maintain strong financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records by posting bank transactions and updating relevant ERP entries on time.
  • Manage the full invoicing cycle, including preparing client invoices, issuing credit notes, submitting invoices through required platforms, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Monitor and update invoice dashboards and provide regular reports to management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash position reports, tracking cash balances, inflows, and outflows.
  • Handle treasury operations such as issuing Letters of Guarantee (LGs) and Letters of Credit (LCs), maintaining bank documentation, and managing banking platforms and user access.
  • Coordinate with banks when needed, including arranging training, updating facility information, and maintaining relationship records.
  • Review and reconcile VAT and withholding tax transactions and prepare monthly tax filings in line with closing timelines.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules, documentation, and resolving audit findings within defined deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • SOCPA membership is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or general accounting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight reporting timelines.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
