Job Description

NABED is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager with a solid background in patient education and engagement. The ideal candidate, has at least 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of working directly with healthcare stakeholders. Experience with digital health solutions is highly preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the success of NABED’s innovative patient experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement client strategies to support growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Monitor account performance and report on KPIs.
  • Maintain meticulous client records, keeping track of contracts, updates, and renewals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in patient education and engagement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in digital health, health tech, or digital education tools (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi national preferred.
