About the Role

Innovative Design is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Account Lead to manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts. This role is heavily focused on sales growth, revenue generation, and client retention, while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and service delivery.

You will act as the primary commercial interface between the agency and its clients, identifying growth opportunities, driving account expansion, and ensuring seamless execution across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage assigned client accounts with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Identify, develop, and close upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, commercial alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and project management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and participate in client pitch meetings.
  • Monitor account performance, forecasts, and sales pipelines to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ensure long‑term client retention through proactive relationship management and performance‑driven service.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, client acquisition, and account expansion.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
