Full‑time on‑site role located in Jeddah. The Account Handler will manage client accounts, handle renewals, provide excellent customer service, and deal with insurance and insurance brokerage matters on a daily basis, including monitoring customer inquiries, processing claims, negotiating policy terms, and ensuring client satisfaction with health and benefit solutions.
