Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Account Executive for managing key client relationships to drive revenue growth. The Account Executive’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned list of customers to develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives
  • Anticipate client challenges and provide proactive solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account planning
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
  • Good experience with government sector and knows well the GOV procedures.
  • Well experience with Etimad portal.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on subscription-based revenue models.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
  • Arabic speckers and English fluent
