We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Accommodation - Housing Supervisor to oversee the housing facilities for our employees in the Industrial Area-Kharj Road, Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is provided with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. The Accommodation Supervisor will be responsible for managing housing operations, coordinating maintenance, and addressing the needs of residents. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of employee housing facilities, ensuring that all accommodations meet health and safety standards.
- Manage the allocation of housing units to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repair requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement housing policies and procedures to enhance the living experience for employees.
- Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy, maintenance requests, and resident feedback.
- Train and supervise housing staff, ensuring they provide excellent service and support to residents.
