We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Accommodation - Housing Supervisor to oversee the housing facilities for our employees in the Industrial Area-Kharj Road, Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is provided with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. The Accommodation Supervisor will be responsible for managing housing operations, coordinating maintenance, and addressing the needs of residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our employees.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of employee housing facilities, ensuring that all accommodations meet health and safety standards.
  2. Manage the allocation of housing units to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repair requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.

  6. Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy, maintenance requests, and resident feedback.
