Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic strategies that promote student success and institutional effectiveness
• Oversee curriculum development, assessment processes, and faculty performance to ensure academic integrity and quality
• Lead accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and regulations
• Foster collaboration among academic departments to enhance interdisciplinary programs and initiatives
• Engage with faculty, staff, and students to cultivate a vibrant academic community and address emerging educational needs
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to align with institutional goals and priorities
• Represent the academic division in institutional planning and decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD holder) in a health-related discipline

Professional Experience

• Eight (8) years of academic experience in related field
• Four (4) years in an administrative leadership position
• Four (4) years experience in teaching, research, and service in health sciences
