Description
We’re looking for a 2D Creative to own the visual language of our work, from concept design and brand/experience guidelines through artworking and deck presentation design.
You’ll be working across 2D deliverables on pitch proposals, building clear, beautiful narratives that bring ideas to life. You combine craft (typography, layout, composition) with speed and organisation, moving seamlessly from early mood boards to production-ready artwork files for print and digital.
Key Responsibilities
Concept & Visual Language
- Generate concepts, moodboards, and look & feel directions for brand activations, exhibitions, and destination experiences.
- Develop cohesive graphical languages: typographic scales, grids, colour palettes, iconography, illustration styles, and UI mockups where needed.
Guidelines & Systems
- Create brand/experience guideline documents that specify usage rules, layouts, asset kits, and examples when needed for internal teams and select projects.
- Maintain design libraries and templates to accelerate future projects.
Artworking & Production
- Translate creative into production-ready artwork: large-format prints, signage/wayfinding, environmental graphics, infographics, and digital assets.
- Prepare artwork files for suppliers (bleed, dielines, colour management, material callouts); review proofs and ensure fidelity from screen to fabricator.
Presentation & Storytelling
- Design high-impact pitch and project decks (Google Slides): structure the narrative, build layouts, craft diagrams, and create hero visuals.
- Own the 2D layer of proposals end-to-end, cover concepts, systemisation, sample applications, and case-study visuals, working closely with strategy and 3D.
Collaboration & Quality
- Partner with 3D, Content, Motion, and Production to keep 2D aligned with spatial intent and technical realities.
- Uphold brand consistency and accessibility across all 2D touchpoints (legibility, contrast, bilingual layouts).
Research & Acceleration
- Track visual, cultural, and typographic trends (global and KSA-specific) and feed inspiration to the studio.
- Use AI tools (Visual AIs) for rapid mood boards, image comping, asset exploration, and layout acceleration without sacrificing craft.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: Demonstrated studio/agency track record delivering concept, guidelines, artworking, and pitch decks for brand/experiential projects.
- Tools: Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Miro; Google Slides/PowerPoint/Keynote. After Effects/Premiere a plus.
- Production Knowledge: Prepress, dielines, materials, large-format and environmental graphics, asset spec sheets.
- AI Literacy: Practical use of AI to speed exploration and content structuring.
- Language: Strong professional English required; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
- Portfolio: Evidence of concept craft, systemisation, polished decks, and vendor-ready artwork.
