The job holder is responsible for driving sales growth and developing high-value client relationships in the automotive service equipment segment. As a Sales Executive, the role goes beyond transactional selling — focusing on strategic account development, market penetration, and providing consultative solutions to clients in workshops, dealerships, and government/private fleets.
The Sales Executive is expected to manage complex sales cycles, present tailored proposals, and work closely with the internal technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Strategic Sales Development
- Identify and target high-potential customers and strategic accounts.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to technical and management-level stakeholders.
- Prepare and negotiate offers tailored to customer needs, including pricing, product selection, and added value.
- Build customized solution packages for clients using a consultative selling approach.
- Account Management & Client Retention
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and high-value customers.
- Maintain strong relationships through regular visits, after-sales support, and performance reviews.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify growth or cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve issues in coordination with service, logistics, or product support teams.
- Gather and analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to product positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on pipeline, performance, and opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with technical support, showroom team, and service engineers for smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics for order processing and delivery follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM and sales reporting systems.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive role within automotive equipment or industrial machinery sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of workshop equipment and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and proposal tools.
- Self-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
