Your role?
Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all positions
Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for our clients.
Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.
What would make you a great candidate?
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
High level of English (spoken and written).
2 years of experience in recruiting.
Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.
