About the position :

The Netskope Regional Sales Manager will join with full support from the executive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven record of dominating their territory and a desire to impact the growth of a next-generation cloud security company. You will be an expert at mapping business solutions to complex security challenges, understanding the competition, and striving to increase market share.

Responsibilities include :

  • Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals for the territory.
  • Develop an account strategy leading to effective deployment of sales efforts within assigned territories/accounts.
  • Focus on acquiring new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retention.

Job Requirements :

  • 10+ years of successful experience selling cybersecurity and networking technologies, including network security solutions such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways, with a proven track record of growing a territory.
  • Exceptional success in consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas year after year.
  • Resides in the target geography with established relationships with local enterprise customers.
  • Experience in establishing and fostering strong channel partner relationships; pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the territory are essential.
  • Understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience is required.
