Job Description:

Provide support for quality improvement projects within yogurt, fresh cheese, and dairy desserts by collaborating with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Quality/Food Safety, and Supply Chain teams. Work with multiple EU plants and functions to ensure consistent quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Support product quality improvement and sensory analysis efforts in the assigned category to enhance customer satisfaction. Offer proactive and reactive technical support to production teams to maintain optimal process efficiency.

Gain knowledge in dairy/food chemistry and product science to enhance overall competency. Provide technical expertise and support on key projects, including technical training.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality using CI techniques such as SPC and MSA.

Identify workflow process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine problems effectively.

Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products, record data, and assist in laboratory audits. Manage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as a user.

Collect data for validation activities in accordance with SOPs, ensuring accuracy of QC data and records.
