The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner, facilitator, and liaison for HR activities within their assigned client groups.
The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent, proactively assessing and anticipating HR needs.
They will align and collaborate with global HR teams to deliver value-added services in accordance with the HR Global Strategic Plan. The HRBP works closely with global HR functions such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, and external consultants.
The HRBP is actively involved in developing, maintaining, and ensuring consistency of HR practices, policies, procedures, and programs at their site.
