About The Role

Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each team segment operates like a specialized unit : from prospecting to activation, owning their market with a solution-oriented approach to rapidly grow our customer base.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, a relationship-focused expert, to identify prospective enterprise customers. You will leverage your detailed knowledge of our product suite to provide holistic solutions, retain, and deepen relationships, and help customers adopt new features and increase usage.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Qualifying enterprise customers from a prospective list and establishing genuine relationships with new and existing businesses.
  • Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, collaborating with Product Owners and Sales Specialists to offer holistic solutions.
  • Activating new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones.
  • Becoming a public advocate for Revolut within the enterprise domain.
  • Managing and building a strategic sales pipeline based on enterprise customer usage.

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably in financial services.
  • A proven track record selling software, SaaS, or web services to large enterprise accounts, familiar with slow sales cycles and large deal sizes.
  • The ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to interact with high-level decision makers, ideally C-suite executives.
  • The ability to shift from strategic planning to supporting customers through account setup and initial usage.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, subject to local policies.
  • Solid technical foundation to understand payments infrastructure, FX, merchant acquiring, etc.

  • Experience with Salesforce.
