The Role

As the new Presales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to emails and inquiries promptly, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and seeking out new potential clients.

Your daily tasks include :

  • Executing daily outbound phone calls and responding to emails regarding client inquiries, while identifying and establishing new business opportunities in the selected market area.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer care throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Retaining and expanding the existing customer base.
  • Understanding customer needs and proactively addressing them.

Ideal Profile

  • You speak Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2). Additional proficiency in Danish and / or Swedish is a big advantage.
  • Previous sales experience managing your own sales funnels and maintaining close contact with clients.
  • A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
  • You possess strong technical abilities and can quickly understand complex scientific concepts.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify the right information.
  • You are passionate about sales, building strong relationships, and eager to learn and develop.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
