Viking provides roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Additionally, we assist drivers throughout Europe via our network and international partners. We ensure the efficient and safe mobility of vehicles and passengers, no matter where the breakdown occurs. We assist in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and English languages.
As a customer service consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance. The customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations, and our job is to help and assist them. It is important to us that they receive the right assistance. You will often be the first person a customer talks to when something has happened on the road.
We are looking for employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. As a customer service consultant, you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed. To accomplish this task, you will work in various systems to solve challenges as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance.
