Job Description: Technical Sales Specialist

AXXON is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for an enterprise specialized in designing and manufacturing industrial technical solutions for fluid treatment, currently expanding internationally.

Reporting to the Application Engineering Management, the selected candidate will join the Export Department, managing part of the international client portfolio with the aim of increasing sales figures.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales with existing international clients (target markets: Western Europe and Eastern Europe); identify new business opportunities to increase market share in the assigned area; analyze new markets and consolidate the client portfolio.
2. Manage a sales budget with an existing pricing policy.
3. Participate in international promotional trade shows across Europe.
4. Coordinate with the design department to adapt products to market demands, seeking innovation and enhancing product value in the markets.
5. Provide technical advice to clients.
6. Support the development of the commercial strategy for the Export Area.
7. Participate in product planning and development with a team of product design and R&D.

• Experience in international sales teams and sectors such as valve manufacturing, industrial pipes, fluid control systems, industrial ventilation, and/or dosing pumps will be valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in machinery companies, equipment goods with a strong technical component (especially electrical), or industrial engineering.
• University education in Engineering is a plus.
• Skills: teamwork, perseverance, and rigor.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Italian, or German is highly valued.
• Advanced skills in Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP is highly desirable.
• Availability to travel occasionally within Europe.
