Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist.

Role Overview:

The Change Experience Lead is responsible for leading organizational change management planning and ensuring the successful adoption of informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally-focused team, the Change Experience Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively plan and manage change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communication Strategy & Execution:
    • Create communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance.
    • Develop effective communication campaigns addressing complex topics, using ingenuity and innovation.
    • Simplify and streamline communication processes.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders on function-specific communication strategies for complex IT changes.
    • Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans, selecting optimal channels and media.
    • Execute end-to-end end-user communication strategies.
    • Oversee the execution of communication plans.
  2. Change Management Strategy:
    • Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving behavioral change.
    • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
    • Manage anticipated resistance to communication plans.
    • Build awareness and promote change adoption and advocacy among Informatics users and stakeholders.
    • Provide strategic direction for IT training content and topics.
  3. Consultation & Business Partnership:
    • Partner with Domain Leads, Product Line Leads, and large-scale projects.
    • Provide input to product roadmaps.
    • Advise on resource management within domains and product lines to achieve efficiencies and synergies.
  4. Change Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with related teams (e.g., UX, Partnering, Engagement) to ensure efficient workflows.
    • Share knowledge within the team and broader organization.
    • Advise on timing of solution deployment to align with business cycles and communication efforts.
