Go-to-Market Client Solutions Lead

The client-centric pillar is led by GTM client Leads and acts as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring that the product continuously meets or exceeds customer expectations. This pillar focuses on communicating the product vision clearly and framing key milestones, presenting the roadmap as a guide to customers rather than a fixed commitment. It helps customers plan integrations, certifications, and other necessary steps for seamless adoption, migrations, or implementation. The primary responsibility in this phase is to transition products from being sales-ready to revenue-ready, ensuring full integration into the customer’s portfolio and delivering long-term value, which is crucial for customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy prioritizing client engagement, satisfaction, and retention globally.
  • Own the customer product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
  • Drive initiatives to deepen engagement with key clients, maximizing product value.
  • Advocate for clients within the organization, incorporating their feedback into product development.
  • Lead client roadmap meetings, presentations, and demos to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify product improvements and new features.
  • Align product development with client expectations and business objectives through internal collaboration.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and opportunities.
  • Identify pilots and early adopters with Global Product Management.
  • Manage communications regarding product updates and issues to set customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with the Global GTM Launch team for product launches and sales enablement.
  • Drive product roadmap prioritization and client migrations.
  • Develop detailed migration and implementation plans, including scope and milestones, consulting with technical teams.
  • Create demos and PoCs of solutions for prospects.

  • Knowledge of the global payments industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and KPI management skills.
  • Experience managing software and hardware products and projects.
  • Collaborative leadership skills, effective in matrixed environments.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry and management experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects within technology, services, and solutions sectors.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with high initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present business cases and project progress strategically.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team and manage multiple projects.

This role involves national and international travel, including overnight stays and out-of-hours work.

Language Requirements

Spanish or French and English.
