We are seeking a passionate and organized High School Program Coordinator to join our small, caring and fun-filled team. This role involves working closely with curious and enthusiastic high school students, helping them navigate their study abroad journey, and ensuring they have a safe, enriching, and unforgettable experience. The three cornerstones of CIEE high school programs are Fun, Friends, and Future!

What you will do :

The Program Coordinator (PC) will support the local staff in designing and successfully leading CIEE Palma’s High School program. Responsibilities include building schedules, organizing activities, serving as the Academic Assistant, and supervising a team of 3 – 8 people during peak season. The PC will report directly to the High School Manager and must abide by CIEE’s health and safety protocols and diversity, equity, and inclusion standards.

What you’ll bring :

  • University degree
  • At least two years of experience in a similar sector
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral)
  • Strong professional, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to shift between projects based on the seasonality of the program
  • Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of inclusion for diversity, equity, and accessibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
