Senior Payroll Specialists

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process payroll for a large employee base accurately and timely.
• Oversee payroll tax calculations, deductions, and compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
