Automation Maintenance Technician

RUIBOTICS provides installation and maintenance services to material handling robotic systems OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and End-Users.

We are looking for an Automation Maintenance Technician for Spain, in Madrid, Toledo or any other geographical location close to the aforementioned.

Do you like travelling abroad frequently? Are you responsible, dynamic, and have good interpersonal skills?

Key responsibilities include :

• Assembling, testing, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Performing tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
• Communicating technical problems and working with others (Senior Site Lead, Clients, etc.), as required to solve them.
• Complying with all RUIBOTICS, client, and general contractor health, safety, and environmental policies and processes to ensure that the health and safety of the entire team as well as visitors to the site is prioritized.
• Identifying, analyzing, and reporting product performance and quality issues.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Maintaining awareness of new developments and technologies and directing subsequent investigations regarding their utilization.
• Advising senior managers regarding improving quality and efficiency.
• As required, providing technical direction and coordinating activities of less experienced staff.
• Electrical knowledge of basic components.
• Troubleshooting and the ability to identify problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
• Tracking and storing the department's inventory, including spare parts.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year experience as an automation / maintenance technician or similar role.
• Mechanical Engineering;
• Electrical / Electronics Engineering;
• Mechatronics or other relevant area for the job.
