We are looking for a skilled and inspiring Fullstack Development Tech Lead to guide and shape the direction of Kids & Us ' technical team. This role involves not only hands-on development but also forming, mentoring, and leading a growing technical team to join our team in our headquarters in Manresa (Barcelona) , are you up for this new challenge?

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to co-create innovative and scalable software products, driving alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.

As a Fullstack Development Tech Lead, you will be responsible for :

• Technical Leadership : Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Product Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java (Spring Boot), with an optional emphasis on .NET, and create intuitive frontend solutions with TypeScript and Angular 2.
• Team Management : Build and manage a high-performing technical team, ensuring alignment with business needs and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with business teams to understand requirements, define product goals, and ensure timely delivery of effective solutions.
• Technical Strategy : Contribute to the evolution of our technical ecosystem, driving the adoption of best practices in architecture, code quality, and DevOps.
• Code Ownership : Write and review clean, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

What skills and attitudes are we looking for?

• Proven Leadership : Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving project delivery.
• Backend Expertise : Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot). Knowledge of .NET is a plus.
• Frontend Excellence : Advanced skills in TypeScript and Angular 2.
• Database Proficiency : Solid experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of messaging and queuing systems.
• Collaboration Skills : Proven ability to work effectively with business teams, fostering alignment and shared ownership of product goals.
• Version Control : Strong hands-on experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.

Nice to have :

• Familiarity with GitFlow for managing collaborative development.
• Experience with NextJS or other frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation.
