Develop solutions aligned with customer expectations as outlined in the project strategy.

  • Ensure technical feasibility within identified constraints.
  • Deliver cost-effective, financially viable (bankable) solutions.

Feasibility Studies, Bids & Acquisitions :

Lead and manage feasibility assessments or project bids.

  • Identify and coordinate internal business unit (BU) or Suez subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and partners.
  • Oversee project progress and chair the project steering committee.
  • Work with the finance team to produce operational and financial business plans.

Project Structuring :

Develop the contractual framework with stakeholders and clients, detailing service responsibilities and risk allocation.

  • Negotiate critical project documents such as shareholder agreements, PPAs, and EPC contracts.

Strategic Analysis & Reporting :

Deliver insights on market opportunities or country / business unit trends.

  • Perform cross-cutting assessments such as CO₂ impact and retrospective analysis.

Assess and monitor the progress of recycling and recovery (R&R) projects in the pipeline.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Over 10 years of experience in project management and business development, particularly in Recycling and Waste-to-Energy infrastructure or service industries.
  • Proven ability to engage with major corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of various business models and legal structures (merchant, BOT, EPC, PPA, etc.) related to waste infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of legal and commercial frameworks, including the ability to draft and negotiate preliminary agreements.
  • End-to-end understanding of project execution, including technical, financial, and contractual elements.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a solid business mindset.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments and traveling frequently.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
