Job Description

As part of the FP&A team of the parent company in Spain, the role will be responsible for Management Control and Reporting of the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of the company's annual budget.
  • Regular forecast preparation and variance analysis.
  • Support in defining the company's strategy.
  • Preparation of financial reports and monthly reporting along with key KPIs.
  • Review and preparation of monthly accounting closings and variance analysis.
  • Cost-benefit analysis for new investments or hires.
  • Cost control and deviation analysis.
  • Implementation of improvement processes.
  • Liaison with headquarters.
  • Support the fleet department for decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles within Finance Departments of multinational companies.
  • Experience in reporting within a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of English and Spanish .

Desirable Requirements :

  • Knowledge of Italian.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Knowledge of tax regulations.
  • Experience with SAP and Quiter.
