Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to achieve business and performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date sales forecasting and CRM data.
  • Remove roadblocks and assist your team to resolve challenges and close opportunities.
  • Analyze data and customer experience trends to build strategic sales plans for designated clients/territories.
  • Stay updated on industry and market developments; communicate relevant trends to your team.
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues and respond promptly.
  • Maintain excellent communication with Sales Directors and clients to strengthen partnerships.
  • Ensure your team understands and achieves all operating, sales, and performance targets.
  • Coordinate team incentives and manage Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
  • Build and nurture business relationships to ensure customer expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Bilingual/proficient in English and Dutch.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience.
  • Passionate about customer experience and team results.
  • Operations/strategy-building experience.
  • Strong coaching track record.
  • Proven success developing and retaining employees.
  • Skilled at revenue maximization and best practices.
  • Skilled problem solver and solutions-driven manager.
