We are currently hiring for our client who has more than 75 years of expertise and more than 200,000 employees across 6 continents, delivering Global Information Technology, Consulting, and Business Process Services.

Hybrid : 3 days in the office

Languages Required : English AND Spanish

Mandatory Skills : SAP Consulting background

Desired Skills : SAP Support Background / Support Experience in SAP projects

Years of Experience Needed : 10+ Years

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services

Manage client relationships

Track KPIs and SLAs

Ensure services are delivered to the client's satisfaction

Lead project teams - Functional and Technical

Work on process improvements and automation ideas

Monitor progress of all developments

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports

Ensure compliance with contractual service levels

Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
