We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, collaborating with other business analysts.

  • Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements; help maintain a backlog with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
  • Review each demand against platform out-of-the-box features, ensuring changes follow ServiceNow best practices or proposing alternatives.
  • Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
  • Stay updated on product evolutions and share relevant information within and outside the team.
  • Assist in organizing UATs and building/updating key test scenarios with the vendor.
  • Propose improvements within the functional perimeter.
  • Drive functional workshops with end users, assisting vendors and stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years hands-on experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL.
  • Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
