As a Finance Business Partner, you will lead and direct financial processes across the operation, including financial planning, budgeting, developing short/long-term goals, supporting accounting practices, and structuring payables, credit, and control activities.

You will report to the IBAME CFO Lead and functionally to the OA Lead, serving as a key partner for the area organization and functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and developing all finance activities of OA, including subsidiaries, particularly in:

Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting
Business Advisory and Analytics
Actual Reporting & Analysis
Asset Management
Supporting business results
Supporting transformation initiatives
Leading estimation and pricing committees
Supporting internal and external financial and tax audits (for subsidiaries)

Providing guidance on cash flow management, cost controls, and expenses; identifying financial opportunities and risks; recommending corrective actions
Nurturing talent through ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to help team members achieve their goals

Requirements for success:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing financial operations in construction/engineering
Solid experience with ERP systems
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to develop communication strategies, resolve conflicts, and manage diverse audiences

Key Interactions:

Internal: OA leadership, Department Heads, Branch Managers, Finance teams (EMEA / OU / OA)
External: Regulatory authorities, external auditors
