Responsibilities

• Stock Availability Management : Ensure the right stock is in the right place by monitoring daily plans vs. forecasts, enabling smooth shipping from distribution centers to customers.
• Inventory Optimization (DOH) : Keep inventory levels aligned with targets; identify deviations and implement corrective action plans.
• Risk Monitoring & Obsolescence Prevention : Track stock evolution to avoid out-of-stocks, overstock, obsolescence, and process exceptions.
• DRP Parameter Management : Set up, maintain, and resolve exceptions in planning systems (SAP / JDA) across different levels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with demand planning, category planning, DC managers, and central warehouse logistics to ensure alignment.
• Analysis & Continuous Improvement : Conduct root cause analysis, maintain key operational reports (STO, DOH, obsoletes), support improvement projects, and act as a backup for fellow planners.

Qualifications

• Master / bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Business Engineering or Economic Sciences
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or demand planning
• Good working knowledge of MS Office package, in particular Excel.
• Proactivity and initiative with a problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills, easily integrates in a dynamic team
• Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
