We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is familiar with the sound and music industry to provide exceptional support.

Relocation Package

What We Offer

• Full-time position / 39 hours per week / rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Gross salary of €21,900 per year, up to €24,000 with bonuses

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold an EU passport/ID or NIE
• Native Dutch speaker with C2 level proficiency (spoken and written)
• Minimum B2 level in English (training will be conducted in English)
