The successful candidate will analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and R or Python
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Experience in data presentation and knowledge sharing
• Proactive, results-driven, hands-on problem solver

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Interpreting complex data and presenting findings clearly
• Utilizing statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive and prescriptive analysis
• Developing models to support business decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide data solutions
• Acting as liaison between analytics and other departments
• Mentoring junior analysts and conducting data literacy training
