The general business planning, coordination, and management of sales and business development across South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions. Key responsibilities include expanding the company’s portfolio with potential clients in new markets and maintaining long-term, sustainable customer relationships. The role involves promoting and selling premium porcelain tiles and slabs, understanding company objectives and customer needs, and developing strong customer relationships. You will also build high-performing sales teams and establish robust customer networks.
Additional responsibilities include expanding the company's network by adding potential partners such as distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, and architects. You will initiate and implement new collaborations, manage existing customers, and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves guiding and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, developing policies, analyzing industry dynamics, and reporting to senior management. You will also formulate commercial agreements, negotiate deals, collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams, and develop sales/marketing strategies to meet targets and ensure product delivery efficiency.
