Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

The Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services enable the Human Pharma Delivery Unit (HPS DU) to build and automate campaign journeys efficiently, primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and potentially other tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDPs, and proprietary systems. The role involves managing technical aspects and maintaining team-specific tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building campaign workflows to meet business needs based on market briefings
  • Ensuring high-quality, timely campaign delivery with proper measurement and QA
  • Owning and optimizing campaign processes and automation
  • Providing technical specifications and conducting user acceptance testing
  • Debugging workflow issues and reporting bugs to IT support
  • Documenting technical processes and creating reusable templates
  • Maintaining technical workflows, landing pages, and HTML content
  • Collaborating with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel teams

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business fields with a strong technical background
  • Excellent project and campaign management skills
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experience
  • Marketing automation certification (preferred)
  • Experience translating business requirements into software solutions
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and API calls
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Experience in software delivery environments
  • Knowledge of email and web design (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (preferred)
  • Pharma industry knowledge (a plus)
  • Support and troubleshooting experience (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, fluent in English
