We are looking for a passionate leader with strong collaboration and leadership skills, who is customer experience-oriented and has a technical, industrial, and business background. If you identify with these qualities, then the Feeder Automation CS&Q Leader role is for you!

The mission of this role is to lead Quality and Customer Satisfaction within the Protection & Control league on feeder automation range offers and projects (T300 / T500 / Saitel and Recloser controller (ADVC) products).

The Quality Leader acts as the customer advocate for each squad involved, responsible for the excellence of Customer Experience, Quality, Reliability, Safety, and Cybersecurity activities.

He/She will manage project quality deliverables for offer creation projects and field quality of existing offers.

Responsibilities :

On new development :

  • Define and deploy quality plans for every new project based on quality fundamentals: DFSR / FW quality fundamentals and APQP, with special attention to DfSR (design for safety and reliability) to reach robustness and reliability goals, and promote this methodology within R&D.
  • Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and incorporate field feedback and lessons learned.
  • Participate actively in defining 'ready' and 'done' criteria with Scrum Master and Product Owner.
  • Work with Scrum Master to ensure compliance with OLM process.
  • Develop strategies to achieve best-in-class customer experience, manage, and mitigate risks.

On products in the field :

  • Collect and analyze all product quality data, define annual quality targets and initiatives, ensure the effectiveness of quality improvement activities, and follow-up with global manufacturing plants.
  • Establish links with GSC (DIR32 / surveillance), ensure timely execution, and monitor results.
  • Drive quality issue resolution and prevention using appropriate quality tools and methods.
  • Ensure proper communication with customers regarding quality issues, product evolution, and withdrawals.
  • Conduct risk analysis for non-conformant products or quality issues, decide on delivery stops and derogations, and represent the customer in product squads for continuous improvement.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Support Front Offices and lead cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.

Skills :

Master’s degree or higher in FW or Electrical/Electronics engineering

  • 3-5 years experience in Offer Quality or Quality Assurance

Solid knowledge of the entire product lifecycle involving design, industrialization, manufacturing, and supplier quality.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, FTA, with advanced 8D skills.

Customer-oriented with strong influence and communication skills.

Experience in FW qualimetry and DfSR.

Knowledge of feeder automation products and features.

Experience working in Agile environments.
