Remote Freelance M&A / Private Equity / Corporate Development Professional

Fintalent is working with a PE-backed healthcare company based in Madrid who is seeking an experienced M&A consultant for a 2-4 month on-site engagement to support active transaction processes.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop detailed financial models for potential acquisitions
• Prepare and present formal investment committee materials
• Lead project management activities throughout due diligence processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Support transaction execution from evaluation through closing

Ideal profile :

• Strong M&A consulting or investment banking background
• Proven experience in healthcare sector transactions (2-4 years)
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills
• Based in Madrid with availability for full-time on-site engagement
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Available for 2-4 month commitment
