Job Description : Hi! Factorial is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Solutions Consultant for the Spanish Market to transform the way companies manage their people with our Talent Management Products. You will be joining a dynamic team in the fastest growing domain at our Barcelona office, and will be a crucial player in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The Role

  1. Product Demo & Sales: You will directly participate in the sales process of certain accounts, handling the most critical deals for Talent Management products.
  2. Onboarding & Ramp-up Coaching: Shorten new hires' ramp-up time and help underperforming representatives to reach at least 70% of their objectives.
  3. Ongoing Training & Enablement: Regularly conduct sales and product training sessions. Review metrics, receive feedback from managers, and assess the team's needs to dynamically enrich training content.
  4. Certification Program Development: Create an in-depth training program that certifies the sales team in selling our product, impacting over 500 peers in Factorial.
  5. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to provide strategic insights that can shape product development and marketing strategies.
  6. Customer Activation: Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to post-sales support and customer activation strategies for certain accounts.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or in a related position (e.g., Account Executive).
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products is preferred.
  • Strong ability to explain complex concepts simply and prepare enablement materials.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue Targets: Percentage achievement of Talent net new CMRR goals.
  • Attach Rate: Percentage of clients closed with Talent products.
  • Sales Cycle Duration: Average time to move a lead from initial contact to closing.
  • Demo Bookings for Talent: Percentage of demos booked for talent products.
  • Certified SDRs & AEs: Percentage of SDRs and AEs with Talent Advanced Certificate.
