Role & Team: Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in various areas and offer significant opportunities for reward and growth. As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients. The candidate will need a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions in existing client bases. In this role, the candidate will leverage their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.
The candidate will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor and expanding within Infovista’s accounts with the goal of growing the current footprint. Responsibilities include driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director shall work closely with customers and partners, influencing them and interfacing with Infovista’s Product Development and Professional/Technology Services teams to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will use their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations while focusing on sales goals. Profile:
Technical Knowledge:
Experience required: 7+ years in building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including with senior executives. Proven track record in selling OSS solutions, with current relationships with CSP leaders such as Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc. Travel up to 50% required.
