The PD will be the contractor´s representative in front of NEOM.
He will set a daily and professional dialogue and communication with NEOM representative to report about work progress or any other required matter. Idem with other local authorities or entities.
The PD will be full time dedicated to this contract and based on site to ensure the achievement of NEOM´s project goals all along the contract execution.
The PD will organize and collaborate on the preparation of all project management plans.
He / she will also coordinate the design, scheduling and implementation of all work activities in accordance with contract requirements.
He will follow up on the work progress in terms of cost, quality and schedule, checking the results and proposing / approving corrective measures in case of deviations.
He will be the final responsible for all project issues, being reported by the team directors and reporting to the executive and senior committee and, of course, to NEOM´s representative.
