• Your focus: Unlike the IT systems management apprenticeship, this role emphasizes analysis, optimization, and digitalization of business processes — becoming a driving force behind digital transformations.

What you should bring with you

• Fach-)Abitur: You have your school-leaving certificate.
• IT affinity: Digitalization excites you, but you prefer not to code — leave that to our developers.
• Communication talent: You communicate well in German and English and are comfortable dealing with people.
• Team player mentality: You work well independently and even better in a team, driving projects forward successfully.
• Initiative: You are eager to take responsibility and committed to customer projects.
