Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, an ensemble of seven historic buildings, is ideally located near the financial district and major Madrid attractions. A landmark that redefines elegance, sophistication, and urban luxury, situated in Centro Canalejas Madrid. After careful restoration, it houses 200 rooms, including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, a dynamic brasserie with Michelin-starred specialties and traditional Andalusian cuisine with a large rooftop terrace, an informal gastrobar serving delicious Asian-inspired dishes, exclusive cocktails, a state-of-the-art spa, elegant event spaces, and luxury shops.

The responsibilities of the Kitchen Assistant include :

• Food handling according to quality standards, following customer requests.
• Proper operation, maintenance, and cleaning of kitchen equipment, including meat grinders, mixers, and ovens.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Solid knowledge of food safety guidelines and a comprehensive understanding of all types of cuts.
• Contributing to the traceability of food containers.
• Managing and prioritizing tasks.

Our ideal Kitchen Assistant will have :

Excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability are essential. The position requires proper operation, maintenance, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment. Candidates should have a vocational training diploma related to hospitality. Kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and systems is required. Candidates must have flexible availability, including working on holidays and weekends. All documents must be in order to work in Spain, and fluency in Spanish is required.
