Currently we are looking for an IT Sales Manager with Automotive & Manufacturing subject matter expertise to join our DXC Automotive & Manufacturing Industry Sales Team for Consulting & Engineering Services (CES).

Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business, achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.

  • generate sales leads and bring them successfully to completion;

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about DXC solutions, products, pricing, and market differentiators.

Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.

Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.

Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.

Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Good understanding of the Automotive and Manufacturing industry clients and ecosystem

Knowledge of modern Automotive and Manufacturing technologies in the key domains of Consulting, Enterprise & Custom Applications, Data & AI, SW development & engineering services, Smart Manufacturing and Software Defined Vehicles

Proven track record in sales and sales enablement

Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis

Leading projects in market reference clients.

Social and responsible commitment.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus.
