Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements :
7+ years of experience in B2B sales and corporate account management .
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
Proven experience in corporate sales across multiple channels , ideally within facility management, hospitality, or restaurant industries .
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills , with experience engaging senior decision-makers .
Excellent communication and leadership abilities , with a track record of mentoring and developing teams .
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in diverse, multicultural teams .
Financial acumen and analytical skills , with experience in pricing strategies, contract terms, and cost management .
Technology proficiency , including CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint .
Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages within the region.
Willingness to travel extensively across national and international markets.
