Sanoma Learning’s NPM train is seeking a FrontEnd developer to join our vibrant, international team. We are a group of enthusiastic, friendly, and talented individuals dedicated to revolutionizing primary education. As a FrontEnd developer, you will play a key role in delivering our platform for primary education, used by tens of thousands of teachers and students. You will contribute to innovative solutions that meet the needs of educators and learners.

We offer two work models : hybrid (3 days from home, 2 in the office) or remote with occasional visits to our Barcelona office. Work must be performed exclusively from Spain.

We are looking for a Front-End Developer specialized in Angular, with strong technical skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to contribute to system improvements and overall team success.

• Develop and enhance application features using Angular 15+ , TypeScript , NgRx Store (Redux), and RXJS for the FrontEnd.
• Manage deployments in main stores like Google Play and App Store.
• Utilize Figma for designs and ensure adherence to Accessibility (A11y) best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Service Engineers to improve system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
• Have knowledge of AWS Infrastructure.
• Follow best practices in CI / CD (Bitbucket Pipelines), DevOps, and cloud-native development.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code focusing on reusability and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and improve overall code quality.

Must-have requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in Angular 15+ , including Signals and Standalone Components.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript , NgRx Store (Redux), and RXJS .
• Experience managing deployments in app stores like Google Play and App Store .
• Experience with AWS and CI / CD pipelines (Bitbucket).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles .
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Additional knowledge of AWS Infrastructure.
