Senior Innovation Consultant

AIMEN is a multi-sector Innovation and Technology Centre that develops R&D&I activities and provides technological services to the industry in the fields of Materials, Advanced Manufacturing processes, Digitalization, and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Writing grant proposals for R&I projects under the Horizon Europe Programme and other relevant national and European R&I programmes.
2. Developing sections on Impact, Market Analysis, and Exploitation / Business Plans.
3. Contributing to overall proposal preparation with an impact perspective.
4. Collaborating with internal multidisciplinary teams and external partners to define project ideas, assess feasibility, and ensure compliance with call topics.
5. Participating in consortium building and networking with partners for proposal development.
6. Supporting activities related to R&I, such as elaborating exploitation/business plans, managing intellectual property issues, preparing technological surveillance reports, and developing innovation and technology transfer projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Master’s in a Scientific or Technical field, preferably Engineering or Sciences (Chemistry, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in writing Horizon Europe R&I grant proposals, especially impact sections. Experience with other schemes (CSA, EIC) is a plus.
• Advanced English skills (C1 / C2).
• Driving license and own vehicle.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Additional education or training in economics or business (e.g., MBA) is valued.
• Experience in developing business plans and market analysis.
• IP management knowledge.
• Ability to work in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong organizational skills and high autonomy.
