Job Overview

As a friendly face of our restaurant, you’ll serve as a host, a local expert, and a brand ambassador. Your duties include preparing drinks, serving food, and creating memorable experiences for guests. Reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Create a warm welcome and set a positive tone for guests' experiences.
2. Describe menu items vividly, including origin, taste, and preparation.
3. Manage setup, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
4. Assist in other duties like room service, bar, or terrace as needed.
5. Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for seamless service.
6. Assess guest needs and make recommendations.
7. Handle payments and settle checks accurately.
8. Supervise pool area to ensure guest safety and rule adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in hotel/restaurant settings.
• Fluency in the local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, empathetic, and team-oriented.
