As we expand, we seek a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona . This role is hybrid / onsite , working from our Barcelona office with options for remote within the city. You will work with top brands to optimize their digital marketing campaigns. Position Overview : As a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant , you will collaborate with businesses from Dutch-speaking countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg), helping them create and optimize online advertising campaigns. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to improve their digital marketing efforts and achieve long-term success.
Your main responsibilities include consulting, creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and others. You will craft tailored strategies, manage budgets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Consult with Clients : Serve as the primary consultant for Dutch-speaking clients, offering expertise on online marketing strategies and developing effective digital advertising campaigns tailored to their goals and target audiences.
- Campaign Management & Optimization : Oversee setup, management, and optimization of digital campaigns using Google Ads, social media, SEO, and other tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Strategy Development : Collaborate with clients to develop customized marketing strategies based on their needs and objectives. Understand their business deeply to tailor efforts accordingly.
- Data-Driven Insights : Analyze campaign data regularly to provide actionable insights. Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs, optimizing campaigns for better results.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, address concerns proactively, and keep clients informed and satisfied.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to help clients grow their digital marketing efforts.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis : Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices. Conduct research to stay ahead of competitors and offer relevant solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams to implement and execute client strategies effectively. Share insights for continuous service improvement.
- Training & Development : Engage in ongoing training and certification to stay current with digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
Requirements :
Language Skills : Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1 / C2), both written and spoken, with professional client engagement ability.Digital Marketing Experience : 1-2 years in digital marketing, including campaign management, online advertising, and strategy development. Experience with platforms like Google Ads, SEO, and social media is highly valued.Consultative Selling Skills : Strong listening skills and ability to provide tailored solutions. Excellent communication for pitching proposals and explaining strategies.Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools is required.Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with digital marketing tools, CRM systems like Salesforce, and content management platforms.Customer-Centric Approach : Passionate about client success, proactive in addressing challenges, and focused on satisfaction.Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : Results-driven, able to manage time effectively, and work independently.Team Player : Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills to work across teams.Adaptability : Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with evolving client needs and industry trends.Benefits :
