1. Ensuring quality standards in lunch, dinner, and banquets.
2. Organizing and distributing team work.
3. Training new staff and developing existing team members.
4. Ensuring compliance with APPCC regulations.
5. Managing work shifts and system updates.

Requirements include:

• Experience in similar roles at 4- or 5-star establishments.
• High standards of quality work.
• Management experience with 7-10 team members.
• Proficiency in English; second language is a plus.
• Training in F&B.
• Attitude, teamwork, and quality orientation.
