The Opportunity

Responsibilities :

  • Perform full financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Manage general ledger accounting, prepare monthly reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Support timely delivery of financial and tax reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, Balance Sheet reconciliations, IFRS reporting, consolidation, GST / VAT, and tax returns.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and commentaries.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services and Finance teams on accounts payable, receivable, capital expenses, and other financial matters.
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS policies.
  • Liaise with auditors and support audit processes, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Review and improve financial processes, policies, and internal controls.
  • Assist in testing, designing, and implementing new financial systems or tools.
  • Contribute to finance-related projects and system enhancements.
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting activities as required.

Position Requirements :

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in general accounting.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is advantageous; regional exposure preferred.
  • Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OneStream, revenue recognition, inventory management, SOX / internal controls, and ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
