German Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Invoice processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
2. Preparation and execution of payment runs
3. Credit card management
4. Support in-month and year-end close activities
5. Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives

Requirements

1. 3+ years of in-house work experience (or equivalent) in accounting
2. Fluent in German (B2-C2 level)
3. Proficiency in accounting software (DATEV / Microsoft F&O)
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
